If a workspace in BrandIn is not found, it may be linked to a deleted SharePoint site. Restoring the site can resolve the issue, but only an IT administrator, such as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator, has the necessary permissions to perform this action.

How to find the deleted site

To retrieve details about the site linked to the missing workspace, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Workspaces screen and select the card of the workspace that is not found.
2. On the Fix workspace card, select the View site information button.
   
   
3. Select Copy to clipboard to copy information about the site linked to the workspace.
4. Share the site information with your M365 Global Administrator if necessary.
5. M365 Global Administrator can search the Deleted sites page in SharePoint admin center to find the deleted site to restore.

Once the deleted SharePoint site is restored, the workspace in BrandIn will be fixed, with all associated resources available for use.
