You can restrict and control a workspace's permissions, or add a custom workspace icon by linking to a SharePoint or OneDrive location. If workspace permissions or icons in BrandIn are not found, their linked locations may have been moved or deleted. Restoring the linked location can resolve the issue.
Permissions not found
If a workspace's permissions are not found, the workspace is hidden from all users, but becomes visible to all admins until permissions are restored.
✅Once the deleted location site is restored, the workspace permissions will also be restored, and only people who can access the linked location will see the workspace in BrandIn.
Restore a deleted SharePoint site
If the linked location was a site, only an IT administrator, such as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator, has the necessary permissions to restore it.

To retrieve details about the site linked to the workspace's missing permissions, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Workspaces screen and select the card of the workspace that lost its permissions.

- Select the Review permissions button in the error message at the top of the screen. Alternatively, you can also select the Edit button next to the workspace name to open workspace settings, then go to Permissions.
