What is BrandIn?
BrandIn is a cloud-based PowerPoint and Word add-in that helps you to protect your brand and increase productivity. It provides an easy way for users to access all your brand assets and templates, directly from the PowerPoint and Word task panes.
Sign in to BrandIn
Sign in to BrandIn with your Microsoft credentials to get started. If your organization or team doesn't have a BrandIn account, you'll have the option to create a new account and use BrandIn for free for up to 4 users. Learn more about the free plan and account creation.
Workspaces
Workspaces are dedicated spaces for different brands, teams, or departments. You can create multiple workspaces, and users can easily switch between them. Each workspace can hold different asset libraries, templates, and has its own settings. Learn more about workspaces.
ℹ️
If you only have access to a single workspace, you will be taken straight to the workspace home screen when you sign in. You can access the workspaces screen by selecting the Workspaces and account button in the upper-left corner of the home screen.
Asset libraries
Asset libraries help you organize your brand’s assets — like images, icons, and slides — so your team can access them all in one place. Asset libraries are stored in SharePoint and appear in the workspace home screen. Learn more about asset libraries.
Templates
Every workspace includes a special template library which users can access via the New presentation or New document buttons. When they choose a template, a copy of the file opens in a new window, allowing them to edit without affecting the original template. Learn how to add and organize templates.
Admin settings
There are two ways to access admin settings from the home screen:
1. Settings menu
Open the settings menu in the lower-right corner of the home screen to access your personal settings and manage all the workspaces in your account that you have access to.
2. Workspace settings
Select the Edit button next to the workspace name on the home screen to access settings for your current workspace. From there, you can add asset libraries and templates.
