BrandIn is free to install for PowerPoint and Word.
Depending on how your organization manages Office Add-ins, you might be able to get BrandIn yourself from the Office Store, or find it already installed for you by your admin.
To install BrandIn yourself
Get BrandIn from the Microsoft App Store.
Once installed, the app will appear in the Home tab.
Check if your admin has already deployed BrandIn
If you don’t see BrandIn in the Home tab, you can refresh your add-ins to check if it’s been deployed.
In PowerPoint or Word on desktop:
- Open PowerPoint or Word. Create a blank file if needed.
- Go to the Home tab.
- Select Add-ins.
- Select then More Add-ins.
- Go to the Admin Managed tab.
- Select Refresh in the upper-right corner.
- Select the BrandIn app, followed by the Add button (in the lower-right corner).
- You should now see BrandIn appear at the right-hand side of the Home tab.
If you still can’t find BrandIn in Admin Managed Add-ins, or install it from the store, contact your admin for help.
In PowerPoint or Word online:
- Open PowerPoint or Word. Create a new file if needed.
- Go to the Home tab in the ribbon.
- Select Add-ins.
- BrandIn should appear in My Add-ins. If you have a few Add-ins installed, select See all to show all of them.
If you still can’t find BrandIn in Admin Managed add-ins, or install it from the store, contact your admin for help.

Once BrandIn is installed, sign in with your Microsoft account.
