How to deploy BrandIn

Modified on Tue, 3 Jun at 12:42 PM

Users can get BrandIn from the Office store, or you can deploy it directly to selected users or groups in your organization using the centralized deployment feature in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

ℹ️
If you want to turn on Open invite but limit who can join, you must deploy the app to selected users or groups using the centralized deployment feature in the Microsoft 365 admin center, and block access to the Office Store.

This article explains how to deploy BrandIn as a managed application using the Microsoft 365 admin center. You will need to be an M365 Global Administrator to be able to do this.

As an M365 Global Administrator, you can deploy Office Add-ins for groups of users in your organization by using the centralized deployment feature in the M365 admin center. For further information, read Microsoft's article on deploying apps in the M365 admin center, but note that the screenshots do not reflect the latest admin center experience.
