BrandIn makes it easy to search for and insert slides, images, and icons into your file. The image optimization feature ensures all inserted images are high quality, while reducing file size.
Search for an asset
BrandIn’s search scans the entire library for assets, including all folders it contains. Follow these steps to find assets using the search feature.
- Go to an asset library.
- Select the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner of the library screen.
- Enter keywords in the search box and press Enter.
ℹ️If the file name is hidden assets, you can see it by selecting the More options button (three dots) or by right-clicking on the asset.
Insert an asset
You can insert an asset simply by selecting it. Some asset types, like images and slides, have multiple insertion options. Right-click the asset or select the More options button to see all available options.
Slides
- Slides are added directly to your open presentation.
- If the asset contains multiple slides, all slides will be inserted.
- You can open slides as a copy in a new window by selecting Open copy from the More options menu.
- Slides are not supported in Word.
Images, icons, and graphics
- Select an empty placeholder to insert an asset into it in PowerPoint.
- If none are selected, BrandIn will insert into the first empty placeholder, or the middle of the slide if all placeholders are filled.
- Right-click the asset or use the More Options button for additional insertion options.
ℹ️If PowerPoint Designer opens automatically when you insert assets, you can stop Designer opening automatically in settings.
Image optimization
BrandIn optimizes large images to reduce file size, ensuring your files stay lightweight and easy to share.
Selecting an image from a library inserts an optimized version that maintains great quality for use in presentations and documents. To insert an image at its original size, right-click the asset or select the More options button (three dots) then Insert original size.
